I contacted customer service regarding a refund over 20 days ago, but I still havent received my money back.

I receive an empty package from this company. I would really like to get some more details and what to do in regards of getting my money back.

This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white.

When I received it, it was pale yellow, so I returned it. They received the return and refunded it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times. Three weeks later, I decided to file a dispute.

To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged.

I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll never buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews.

I have sent several emails to CETTIRE to complain that I did not receive my order number 6623****, placed on 11/29/24.

There has been no response from CETTIRE..

It was only a few days ago they emailed me a missing declaration form. I have since filled it out and emailed it back to CETTIRE, i am still waiting to hear from them.

DHL the courier in charge of the shipment has asked CETTIRE to file for a missing package with claim number 84145****, CETTIRE ignored this.

This is frustrating. I will not pay-for the good I did not receive .

DHL and CETTIRE are responsible snd liable for the package.

I sent back the items I purchased. They sent a confirmation email saying theyve received them a month ago.

I still have yet to receive my refund to my original form of payment. This form of refund is allowed for their website. I have sent multiple emails in DMS only to be ignored.

This is theft. They are a scam.

Cettire helpt me niet en laat me alleen maar wachten op de terugbetaling.

Ik wacht al 13 dagen vanaf het moment dat ze dit retour ontvangen hebben.

Ze verwerken het retour niet, en ze bieden geen excuses aan om het feit dat ze een verkeerde jas hebben geleverd. Ze komen hun retour voorwaarde ook niet na.

i ordered my package in june and i didnt received it over many WEEKS later. now im trying to return because of size issues and its not giving me the correct refund amount.

id like the right amount.

it says it has to be returned 2 weeks after i ordered it but it took way over 2 weeks to receive it. how is that fair.

My order was sent back to the company on November 8th by USPS, and I received a redelivery date of November 12th. However, I still don't have my package.

It's for my son's 4th birthday, which is on November 24th. I need to speak with someone regarding this matter immediately.

My item has been cancelled. It's been 2-3 business days and I still haven't received my refund. Where is my money?

My order is being delivered to the wrong address and DHL is saying I have to get in touch with Cettire to resolve the issue.

You made the wrong size for the item I ordered and you took the money from the account but neither the item arrived nor the money you returned It's been about a month

I have received a tracking number, but it still hasn't been sent to the delivery company. I ordered two items a few days apart, and the one I ordered last has come.

I have sent many emails; it's for Christmas, but I doubt I'll get it now.

There are no replies at all from them. It's not good; there's no phone number.

I used my grandmothers card its card for my order and its talking bout fraud why is it saying anything about fraud and why did they cancel my order
