I ordered a Givenchy Antigona Medium Top Handle Bag from Cettire, and it arrived damaged. The bag was shipped in a generic plain box (not a Givenchy box) and came with an unauthentic dust bag.
I immediately contacted customer care, providing photos that clearly showed the damage and the 'do not remove' tag still attached to the bag. I returned the item promptly, following their return policy, but didn't receive any response or refund for over a month. After disputing the charge with my credit card company, Cettire responded to deny my return, falsely claiming the bag was used even though it was returned with the tag intact and was unused. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
For a retailer dealing in high-end luxury items, I expected much better service and ethical practices. I would not recommend shopping with Cettire unless you are prepared for poor customer service, unclear return policies, and baseless accusations about returned items.

You guys are cancelling my order because I used my other card, which has a different name and address. But I just used my other card because that's where I had the money at the time.
These are my birthday shoes and I really need these shoes to come. I also still haven't got the refund.

There should be a simple number I'm able to call. I got my order on the previously specified date, but only one item out of 3 was delivered.
Then, instead of talking to someone to handle a simple issue, I'm asked to write long letters and take pictures, knowing that I won't be given any kind of incentive.
Even though I've obviously been inconvenienced, I've bought many things from Cettire. I would prefer more attention.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Partial refund received.
Refunds from CETTIRE are very slow with no ability to speak with customer service. Twice now I have used Pissed Consumer and received immediate results
The boots were not damaged at all. The boots did not fit so I returned them and took multiple pictures of the damaged packaging and the lid of the shoebox. It has been a nightmare as CETTIRE keeps replying that they need to assess the damaged boots and will get back to me. I keep pointing out that the boots were not damaged, just the lid of the shoebox.
They asked for pictures of the boots which I did not take as they were not damaged. I am still waiting on my refund which is around $1,000.
There is no phone service and customer service is so slow in responding. The quality of the package was so flimsy, it's no surprise it got damaged.

The item is a replica/fake. It is NOT authentic.
They don't have a phone number for you to speak with anyone and force you to use email as the means of communication, which is delayed. They make returning items difficult.
I didn't receive a return label through email and now it's past the 14-day return period. The other issue is that they penalize you for returning items back to them and add on absurd fees.

Now, I have to pay 2 times more money because of their fault. They gave me 110% store credit for a stock-out item, but when I purchased that item with 3 other shoes, I had a discount.
So, I purchased for 80 dollars. When I try to repurchase something similar, the cheapest option is 115 dollars + 10 dollars tax + 25 dollars shipping. Now, I have to pay a minimum of 150 dollars, and I already paid taxes and other fees in my previous purchase.
They think 88 dollars store credit will be enough for the same 150-dollar purchase. They don't even agree to offer free shipping, and this situation happened because their system shows the item even though they are out of stock.

I have contacted the company almost 50 times in regards to an incorrect pair of shoes accidentally placed into a box for a pair of shoes that I had purchased. I wanted to return them and now I'm requesting that the parcel be returned to me so I can have my shoes back and return the correct pair of shoes.
However, no one from the company has responded.
Almost a week and 50 messages later, both via the app and email, this company's customer service seems to be non-existent, even though they claim to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Moreover, there's not a number to contact them.
