I was traveling and I just came back. Received my package late as I wasn't here.
It arrived last week. It's only been a week.
But they sure don't allow me to refund. Likely, they will allow me as it's too big.

Bag authentication
Went into Fendi and have noted some differences in the bag to a genuine one in the shop
The real bag was darker black
Also the raised lettering was more pronounced
I did also notice that the gold on the one in the shop was more gold in color than the sample I received
The stitching however seemed the same to me and couldnt pick anything with that

I have ordered a pantalon order 8522****; they refused. Not in stock. I saw on the internet they were in stock. I ordered again the same model, order 8309****.
They told me again out of stock. Today you have also the pantalon in stock. I don't understand. Can you tell me if you have refunded my money two times?

I've been trying to get my money back for over a month. The item has already been returned, and they haven't refunded my money!
The item cost 150 + 25$ shipping. I returned the item the same day the courier delivered it to me because they sent me the wrong size! They only refunded me 25$ and won't refund me 150$. They keep sending me the same answer that they need to review it; our team will contact you...
but they don't transfer the money. They are scammers.

Sells used items calling it new!
I am extremely frustrated with Cettire. I received a brand-new Gucci bag without the dust bag, which should have been included.
When I contacted customer support, Tim was dismissive and showed no respect for my concerns, insisting I just accept it as is. This is unacceptable for a luxury purchase.
I've had to raise a dispute with my credit card company because they refused to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience.

No customer service available where to contact i give zero zero zero to this app. Very hard the trying to find the way where to contact atleast put any phone number. If you keep luxury brand in this site you have to give help to customers if they are facing the problem regarding any product.so if after see this msg please contact me
