My item didn t arrive and it s long time ago
So one item of my order didn't come.
I want the item or my money back.
It is more than 2 weeks.
All the other items from the order came, but one did not, and there is no information about it.

The number is out of service, and you guys messed up on my delivery address. Now FedEx is holding my package, and you all have to change it to the right address.

Trotz mehrerer E-Mails habe ich keine Antwort von Ihnen bekommen.
Hiermit setze ich Ihnen eine letzte Frist von 7 Tagen und bitte um: eine sofortige Versandbestätigung mit gültiger Sendungsnummer
oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung des bereits gezahlten Betrags.
Sollte ich innerhalb dieser Frist keine Rückmeldung erhalten, werde ich den Betrag über meinen Zahlungsanbieter (/Kreditkarte) zurückfordern.

They did not send me the card number.

Very poor customer service
they dont have phone,they advertise item on website available they take your money but they mail they dont have in stock,they mail same *** always i had to spend nearly 2k store credit for other stuff i didnt need,what a joke never ever shopping from them again not recommended at all

FedEx said I signed for my package and I didn't receive it. I put in a complaint with FedEx already.
They told me I had to contact you guys. It was for the kids' Fendi shoes. I got all my other packages.
It was for my baby's birthday, and I'm very upset about it. I just want a refund because they won't be here in time for his birthday party.
