They wrote back the same incorrect information. I received the wrong item but they are telling me that I did not!
They are not going to refund me. So, now I am totally out the money I gave them and have nothing (no product) to show for it!
I am so furious because they did not even offer to try and work out a solution to this situation! I will never buy from them again!

Resolved: Someone made a purchase with a stolen credit card
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Someone found my debit card and used it to purchase something off your website, I reached out to you about the fraud, and the purchase did not go through, thank you.
I lost my card and someone used it to make a purchase, it was not me, purchase number 535544 for 231.50

This company has really poor customer service when things go wrong. They only allow you to contact them by email and only answer once a day and if you ask for a refund when you havent received your package they then.
Say we will send request to our team . no one actually can answer anything or can give you a direct answet. They truly act as if it is ok to take your money with send you no product and then have no answers as to why there is a delay beyond what they guarantee on website .
Dont ever ever waste your time on this company when there is so much competition and way better customer service with online luxury brands. Do better people are spending a lot of money on your site :)
No Answer
No answer when you ring Cettire customer service line. When you email you get no response, telephoning them makes no difference either.

I purchased my loafer shoes on 29 May and I wasn't home while it was delivered as my neighbour received the parcel on my behave. I arrived a week after my parcel was received And last week I tried to open the box and saw the shoe itself. Then, I found out the shoe did not fit too small for my leg and I sent an email this week after many days attempt to do it from the app store to open a dispute for a return and I was directed by the apps to contact Cettire Direct for assistance.
Haven’t received a tracking number yet
They still havent sent me a tracking number yet to ship my out when they can just let me order something else I see something else i like they can just let me make an exchange at this point p because there taking way to long

I ordered shoes and returned them since there was a quality issue, but I never received a refund! It's been more than one month, almost two months, but still no refund.
Customer service continues to reply to my emails but says they need to get a reply from the returns team.
What's going on? It's been delivered for over a month.
Return. Unresponsive.
I am trying to exchange for a smaller size but do not have a return label it wasn't provided to me and they do not respond to my requests.

Jag lämnade tillbaka en väska som kostade mycket pengar, men fick aldrig tillbaka pengarna! Fick bekräftelsemejl att de tagit emot varan och ska nu kontrollera att den är i rätt skick och återbetala mig vilket normalt skulle ta 7-10 dagar.
Jag har fortfarande inte fått några pengar efter 13 dagar.
Jag kräver en återbetalning. Jag har ju lämnat tillbaka väskan.
